Important Vaccination Information...
Millard North High School will hold a vaccination clinic on Mon., Nov. 23.  Millard North High School students will be able to receive the vaccine during regular school hours if they bring a signed consent form.  From 4:30 - 8:30 p.m., the vaccine will be available for children and adults (who meet the specific guidelines as stated in the letter) attending Abbott, Aldrich, Cather, Cody, Cottonwood, Ezra, Harvey Oaks, Montclair and Morton elementary schools and Millard North and Kiewit middle schools. Please print and fill out a consent form and bring it with you to the clinic.
